ARRIVAL AND LOUNGE AREAS
When you arrive, take a seat in one of our bright, spacious lounge areas, perfectly located beyond the venue reception and next to our event registration area, the lounges are the perfect place to start your delegate and guest networking. Indulge in your choice of coffee from our Fairtrade bean-to-cup coffee machines, and a tasty treat from the grazing stations. There's an extensive choice throughout the day with selection of Nemi teas, cordials, and the treats change from pastries and granola bites on arrival to homemade tray bakes which are low in sugar from mid-morning into the afternoon.
Our ground floor lounges and first floor refreshment zones are available throughout the day for your breakout sessions, well stocked and ready for your guests.
Come the evening, our lounges can provide the perfect pre-dinner drinks reception area, or post-dinner space to relax with a drink from the bar.


DINING, RESTAURANT AND BAR
There’s nothing more important than great food to keep your delegates alert and engaged during your event. At lunch time, our three course buffet lunch is served in the modern Courtyard Restaurant which sits at the heart of the hotel's ground floor. You can expect a choice of freshly prepared, creative dishes, balanced to perfection, to keep the brain alert and engaged... even the puddings and cheeses!
Come the evening, if you’re looking for somewhere for an informal get-together, your delegates can drop into the bar for drinks and lighter meals, and the restaurant gives you a courtyard view for a table for four, larger dinners with group tables, up to contemporary glass fronted private dining suites for 180. For the ultimate large dining space, exclusive hire of the full restaurant plays host to up to 350 guests, with space for a DJ and dancefloor if you need it!

The bar provides the perfect accompaniment to the main restaurant, with a more intimate dining experience, the place to host pre-dinner drinks, or after dinner, relax and unwind with colleagues or catch up on the latest news or football matches. A selection of local drinks are available for guests to enjoy a taste of the region and range of snacks with sustainability at their core.

SUSTAINABILITY & MAKE MONDAYS MATTER
Integrating sustainability into your conference, meeting or event is a key part of the modern meeting agenda, and our skilled catering team have been developing a number of options and initiatives to help provide your attendees with an experience that considers the environment where your food and drink is concerned.
Our evening dinner menus now include the CO2e rating for each dish, with a simple to use five-tier cloud rating guide, to show the dishes that support the UN climate goals. When you're selecting your menu, aim for the green A and B rated dishes for the lower carbon choices.
New for 2025, we've launched Make Mondays Matter, where our lunch buffet embraces meat free dining, local and seasonal produce, sustainable fish and even no-bake desserts, to provide your delegates with a delicious three course, hot and cold environmentally friendly extravaganza, with ingredients and dishes with lower carbon footprints and cooking processes. A new array of vegetarian and vegan dishes take pride of place each Monday, so why not ask our sales team for availablity on Mondays the next time you need to bring people together.

ALLERGENS AND DIETARIES
We know how important allergen management and dietary needs are to an event, to ensure everyone is catered for and there's creative, delicous food for all. To assist you with this, our team will provide our allergen and dietary tools to allow you to collate everyones' individual needs, our team will create dishes specifically to their requirements and issue allergen cards to delegates during the event so our team can support them as required.
