The City Centre location for the hotel means everything Birmingham has to offer is right on the doorstep, with the wider West Midlands region within easy reach.

If you're visiting the city for leisure, you'll find Bullring and Grand Central, The Mailbox and the various independent shopping hubs from the Great Western Arcade to Birmingham New Street, plenty to satisfy those in need of some retail therapy. - The Utilita Arena has a diverse range of upcoming events, including The Strongman Open (5th September) and Matchroom Boxing (3rd October), comics such as Paul Smith (25th September) and Bill Bailey (11th November) as well as a variety of musicians from Niall Horan (22nd September) and The Pussycat Dolls (29th September) to J.Cole (25th October) and Korn (28th October)

- Alongside the return of football meaning plenty of Aston Villa and Birmingham City matches, Edgbaston hosts more international Test cricket as England face Pakistan (9th - 13th September)

- The NEC will be a hub of activity this Autumn, with a number of notable exhibitions and conventions including Autumn Fair (6th - 9th September), The National Wedding Show (3rd - 4th October), HYROX Birmingham (27th October - 1st November) and the Festive Good Food Show (26th - 29th November).

- The city itself will be hosting some Brummie favourites that you won't find anywhere else, including Birmingham Heritage Week events (11th - 20th September), the Birmingham Comedy Festival (2nd - 11th October), the winter edition of the Birmingham Cocktail Weekend (22nd - 25th October) and Birmingham Film Festival (6th - 15th November).
