Details of how to prebook your car parking onsite and info on other nearby car parking.
We now have onsite car parking which is available to pre-registered delegates attending an event at a Conference Aston venue. If your event organiser has already secured parking for your event, they will send you details prior to the day of your event.
For other delegates, parking spaces are available on a first come first served basis at a charge of £4.50 between 8am and 8pm and £1.00 overnight. To reserve and pay for your space, please use the online form. You will then be issued with your unique entry code for use on the day of your event which you should enter into the keypad at the car park entrance barrier.

Payment details:
- Paying by card. Major credit and debit cards accepted. (Excludes AMEX)
- Onsite payment by cash.
Please register with reception on arrival and to pay, reception will register your vehicle as paid and issue a receipt.
If our on-site car park is full, there are a number of pay and display car parks just minutes from the venues. The closest is Millennium Point but other car parks are identified on the downloadable map and directions.
