All Conference Aston venues are located on the green, self contained campus of Aston University in Birmingham city centre. Whether you're travelling by road, rail or air, all major transport links are just minutes away. Due to the excellent central location of our venues, we'd strongly recommend the use of public transport; New Street station, Snow Hill and Moor Street train stations are just minutes away with coach stations, bus routes and taxi ranks all leading to the university's campus.
Upon arrival to the hotel, all reservations will require pre-authorisation with a credit card or cash deposit to cover any extras during your stay. All incidentals should be settled prior to departure. Conference Aston accept payments by MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and Cash.
Please note that all registration cards at check in are printed at the ex VAT rates and therefore VAT should be expected on top of this rate when payment is made.
