Conference Aston boasts an extensive portfolio of dedicated training rooms across the two venues with over 30 purpose built training rooms providing a conducive environment for even the most interactive sessions.  Our AV team are on hand to assist you in pre-course AV setup and can offer advice and assistance should you need it throughout your time with us.

We understand that your schedule can run ahead (and behind) and with our refreshment areas on the ground and first floors, teas and coffees are available throughout the day to enable you to take a break when it suits you.  Our buffet service in the Courtyard Restaurant is where your delegates can enjoy anything from a bowl of soup to a three course buffet lunch, allowing them plenty of time to check email or call the office before the afternoon session begins.

In the evening, the lounge and bar area is a great place to rendezvous and socialise.  As well as offering a bistro menu, this lounge is where our delegates get together to watch key sporting events on our 3D Plasma screen.  On summer evenings, the courtyard plays host to pre-dinner drinks, and barbecues.
