By working together to create dynamic menu options, the choice of food covers everything from traditional roast dishes to only the finest gourmet delights that will tantalise the taste buds of even the most delicate of palettes.
The Courtyard restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and its buffet style service provides great flexibility for conference organisers, should presentations run ahead, or behind schedule. In the evening, a table d’hôte three course dinner menu is on offer which can be pre-ordered should delegates have coursework to complete before the next day.
In addition to the Courtyard Restaurant, the bar and lounge areas offer a great bistro style menu where you can enjoy anything from a light bite to a three course meal. In addition, a room service is on offer during regular dining times.
Banqueting and private dining is something we do rather well! From small intimate gatherings to grand affairs, our venues provide an excellent backdrop to your event. Your dedicated coordinator will help you with your planning and if you would like to create your own menu, our Chef will meet with you to discuss your preferences and recommend seasonal produce.
